SUPER BOWL CONTEST 2013 RULES

• To enter this contest, you must certify that you are at least 21 years of age and provide a valid email address.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• Only one entry per contestant is permitted.

• In the event of a dispute, TailgateUS and it's affiliates will deem each entry to have been submitted by the holder of the email account from which it was sent.

• The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner. TailgateUS and it's affiliates reserve the right to upgrade to a comparable hotel (if necessary) of like or greater value.

• The prize is limited to the hotel fee, including taxes. All other expenses related to the trip will be covered by the winner.

• Winner agrees to allow TailgateUS and it's affiliates to post winners partial name and residence city on their websites.

• The selection process will be random, and the winner will be picked by a computer program.

• Winner will be announced on Monday, January 28, 2013 and winner will be notified by email or phone and published on this page.
